The owners of the apartment live on the ground floor of the villa and are very respectful of the privacy of their guests, but if they need anything they are always available and happy to help.
“Incanto su Capri” can accommodate up to three people, is located at the end of the Sorrento peninsula and has one of the most dramatic and breath-taking views across towards the bay of Naples and the isle of Capri. In the town of Massa Lubrense, this place is in a little corner of paradise away from the bustle of the city. There isn’t a point that doesn’t offer a panoramic view. Apartment “Incanto su Capri” has a double bedroom with TV, air conditioning (extra cost) and a window that offers a magnificent view of the coast and the island of Capri, a bathroom with a shower and a sitting room/kitchen equipped with everything you need and a sofa bed. This room also offers the same breath-taking view of the beautiful island.
To reach the apartment from the parking area, you need to take 36 steps that are surrounded by colourful flowers. From the entrance of the apartment it takes just 5 steps to reach a fantastic terrace equipped with a barbecue, a table and chairs, perfect for a candlelit dinner or a lunch while looking over towards the bay.
Continuing up another 23 steps to the “gem” of the villa, the pool area. The pool area has a large equipped solarium with sun beds, outdoor swimming pool and a shower. No doubt it is the most scenic and relaxing spot, given the wide panoramic view of the sea and the Bay of Naples, but also the flourishing vegetation typical of the area (lemon, olive trees ..) that characterizes the property. Why not lie on the couch to relax and listen to the sound of the sea that is not far away. This apartment will exceed your expectations of a relaxing holiday.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
The € 300,00 safety deposit will be refunded, unless you break something of which the cost will be deducted.
The cost of changing linen and the final cleaning €50 to be paid on departure day. Should you use the air conditioning, this is an extra cost of € 0,40 cent each Kw and will also be paid on departure day, there is a meter that monitors the usage.
The use of the villa is exclusively reserved to guests staying at “Incanto su Capri”.
Check in is from 15.00 and check out by10.00.
The City Tax (to be paid locally) is € 2,00 per person for the first 5 days. The city tax is free for under 18 and over 65.

- Excursions by car, minivan or minibus to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Mt. Vesuvius, Napoli, Amalfi Coast, Salerno, Paestum etc…
- Shopping Delivery Service. This can be arranged prior to your arrival or during your stay.
- On-site catering. Enjoy lunch, dinner, brunch or an elegant Italian style aperitif, complete with your own sea view. Catering provided by an Italian chef, who can give you a taste of real Italian food from the comfort of your own villa.
